Here’s a very interesting article about mixing politics and business in this political year…
“As this year’s presidential race hits high tide, many small-business owners may be eager to back a candidate by hosting fund-raising events, volunteering or just taping a campaign sign in the window. But such political expression can be risky business. What if key customers or employees aren’t so smitten with the owner’s candidate of choice?” Source: The Business of Politics – WSJ.com
I’m obviously very upfront about my politics and I’m really not aware that it has either helped me or hurt me, although I’m sure for some people it must be a factor. What about you?
