The Pew Study on Internet and the American Life reported that only 11% of Americans know how to use rss feeds to effectively make the news they need come to them. For that reason, I believe that Google Reader is THE killer app for ‘thought leadership‘ marketing. Mastering Google Reader immediately puts you in the top 10% of experts in your field if you use it well!
